Unable to bring up any webcast

I tried turning off my firewalls and still nothing happens when I click on a
webcast. It acts like it's being blocked. Please help if you can. Old
computer was fine. Running XP Pro Media Ed. New Dell.
(e-mail address removed).
 
Your security settings are probably too high. IE, tools, options, security tab
