Unable to Add VPN Adapter

Hi All,

I am attempting to add a VPN adapter to my Windows 2000 Professional
box but cannot. The "Connect to a Private Network (VPN) Connection"
option is greyed out. The only 2 options that are available to me are
"Dial up to the Internet" and "Accept Incoming Connections". I am also
logged on as an Administrator.

I have searched the internet to see if I am missing a service or
component that is needed but have not had any luck yet finding the
answer. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might be missing?
