We have a public folder with the company contacts and want to make this
folder available from the users' Outlook address book. Normally one right
clicks the folder and in the properties, selects make this folder available
in Outlook Address Book. This works for most of the users but for some people
this option is grayed out. I have checked the permissions on the public
folder and everyone has the same rights. Anybody know why this would be
happening? Thanks.
