unable to activate urls listed in Outlook and Outlook Express

In both mail programms I suddenly cannot activate URLs listed in mails
highlighted in blue.
URL listed in internet browser open as usual. Ideas anyone! Thanks

Hyperlinks in an e-mail message do not work in Outlook 2000 or in Outlook
2002:
