I am having some trouble accessing websites that i know exsist for example I
can access them at work but not at home on my personal pc. I recieve the
cannot display this page errors. I have had some trouble with the before but
it has been resolved only I can't remeber how. I think it has to do with
security settings or accepting all cookies, but I have also hear about "host
files". And I am not sure what they are or how you delete them. Can you
give me some ideas on how to fix this problem, if it is a problem I need to
talk to my Internet Service Provider please let me know also. Thank You

Open in Notepad %systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc/HOSTS (the file should
have NO extension, if it exists)

If some lines have no # sign to exclude them, other than '127.0.0.1
localhost' put in the # sign at the front of the line to comment out those
entries, or delete them all.
