Unable to access Outlook backup location

I've installed the backup tool and, in the past, have had no problems backing
up Outlook to both the Outlook file in Application Data/Microsoft or to my
external hard drive.

But when I tried to backup earlier, the options button reveals that the
address for the backup is 'greyed out' and incorrect, so I'm unable to change
it. If I click 'save backup' a dialogue box comes up saying that the Outlook
file doesn't exist and do I want to create it. If I click 'yes' I then get a
message that the path can't be located, even though, this time, it's the
correct path, unlike the address given in options.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated since I don't want to lose my
data.

Thank you.

It's not a forum. It's a newsgroup. Use a real newsreader and it will be
easier.
