Unable to access live links

If I click Start / Help and Support I am unable to access any of the live
links under 'Ask Someone'.
When I try, I get -
'Internet Explorer has stopped working' 'a problem caused the program to
stop working correctly'
'Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available',
which of course it does not!
Any light that can be thrown on this matter would be much appreciated.

Hi hope this helps,

Click start/control panel/problem reports and solutions/on the left hand
side click on "check settings". There you will see different options you
can set advanced etc for your liking
