Unable connect BCM server database

We have installed on our SBS2003 server the SQL Express 2005 SP2 database.
We have downloade the BCM database tools and created the BCM database on
server.

The client don't connect to server.
In server name I'm specified "<SERVER>\SQLEXPRESS,5356"
The error is "Unable to access at database server on computer <SERVER>"
On the client if I made a OLEDB connection using access the database is
perfectly available.

We use BCM 2007.

Some idea?

If I use the SQLCMD to access the database. All are OK.
The command:
SQLCMD -E -S ISERVER\SQLEXPRESS,5356 -d MSSmallBusiness
1> select * from PublicAccountsView
2> go

retrieve the record.

The problem is the BCM language. DB created by an ENG BCM and client are
italian.

I have copied the client DB on the server (who is in english) and al
work fine
