(Un)shared folders

[Help required!!]

We have two outlook accounts on the same computer. The folders in account 1
are visible in account 2 though they can't be accessed. The share facility
is not enabled. How can I delete the folders from the 2nd account?

Are you using two different profile? If so, right click on the second set of
folders and choose close.

Yes, we use two different profiles and the folders are showing in both
profiles but are only accessible in one. When I right click on them in the
second profile as you suggested, I get the following message "The information
store could not be opened." Do you have any other ideas?

Are you using two different profile? If so, right click on the second set of
folders and choose close.

is one of the accts IMAP? I've had this happen with IMAP pst files - they
magically migrate to the other profile.

I had to download CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster in the end, but it worked!
Yay!!
