Un-pin items from start menu?

Up until just recently I was able to un-pin items from the start menu by
right clicking and selecting "un-pin".
The same is true for the area below the pinned area. I was able to right
click and remove individual items without clearing the entire list. Now the
right click has no effect at all on the items in the start menu.
The only thing that I can think of that would have changed this feature
would be the installation of TweakUI. I looked at the settings for TweakUI,
but I did not see anything that refers to disabling the right click in the
start menu.
How can I re-enable the right click in the start menu?

Right click the Start button and select Properties. Click Customize, Advanced and check Enable Dragging and Dropping.

I found the answer I was looking for by doing a search in Google Groups. I
tried to search earlier with no success. I guess I just needed to refine my
search terms a little.
Anyhow, the answer was to "Enable dragging and dropping" in Taskbar and
Start Menu Properties>Start Menu>Customize>Advanced.

Sorry to waste everyones time. I should exercise a little more patience
sometimes.

Not to worry. This question is frequently asked, and takes almost no time to
answer. Why the option is not called "Lock the Start menu" instead is the
big question.
