Un-named End Program Error

When Win2k shutdowns I get the End Program dialog box indicating a
program that has ignored Win2k shutdown request. Problem is that the
program appears to have no name. The dialog box is titled "End
Program -".

How can I determine which program is causing the problem ?

Sounds like some poorly written spyware program. Download
and run AdAware - it might take care of it.
