Shutdown - Unresponsive Program - No Title

When attempting to restart/shutdown my PC I frequently get a message to the
effect that there's an unresponsive program. The message indicates that
the program has 'No title'. The dialog has options to 'End Now' or
'Cancel'. If I 'End Now' the shutdown progresses. If I cancel, it hangs.

I've gone through Task Manager as well as MSConfig and can't find any
unusual or unexpected programs, etc. How can I find the offending
file/program this message refers to?
