un-delete an important program

How can I reinstall a deleted program? I can view Spyware
Scan History to see the program that was deleted...I would
like to reinstall this program and I don't know how to do
this.

Thanks for your advice and I really need to reinstall this
program.

Use the installation files to reinstall the application, if it came with
your computer its probably on a special disk that came with your computer.
