Ugrading server hard drive to dynamic

My windows 2000 server (DC) has two identical hard drives
The first has 2000 server on it and all the users accounts & files. and is a basic dis
The second is empty and a dynamic dis
When i go to upgrade the first hard drive i get a warning about windows os not working after the upgrade
If i continue with the upgrade, will i wipe my os and user accounts and files

No, upgrading to dynamic usually isn't destructive, but back it up anyway.
The warning you get tells you that other Windows installations that you
might happen to have in a dual boot setup, locally on your computer, will
not be able to access the disk, or boot, after the upgrade. If you don't
have a dual boot setup, ignore the warning.
