Typing Consumes my CPU - rundll32.exe

Something has changed on my XP SP2 desktop. Having only IE6 open and typing
an email in Yahoo consumes 98% of cpu. iexplorer.exe and rundll.32.exe take
it all. My keystrokes are delayed, and I have to stop typing for it to catch
up.
