Rundll32.exe occupies CPU 100%

My notebook recently runs very slowly and I identified from task manager that rundll32.exe occupies almost 100% of CPU capacity. I have used Norton Anti-Virus, Ad-aware & Spy-Hunter and there was no indication of virus. Can anyone give me advice? Thanks..

I don't know whats up with your anti-virus or ad-aware
but both have dropped the ball on this one.Check out the
links below "rundll32.exe" can be any number of parasites.

My Norton Anti-Virus 2003 is already updated and it still could not identify any virus. I have used the PestPatrol and there is also no indication of virus. Appreciate very much for help...
