I have installed two WindowsXP on drive C: an drive D:.
Soon after I got boot up it, the computer automatically turn off.
It's turn off the all time. If I boot up with C: drive only, the
computer does not turn off. YOu can run two windows OS on Win95, Win98
and Windows2000, but not in WindowsXP. Am I right or somethig
is wrong in my installation?

How are you 'switching'? Are you plugging and unplugging the drives !? There
are better ways to manage a dualboot! Look into bootpart - a free utility
that adds a second OS to the 'primary' OS's boot menu.
