Two wallpapers during Startup & Shutdown

When system is starting or shutting down, another
wallpaper appears on the screen.

How can the second wallpaper that first appears in Startup
or during the Shutdown process be removed or changed?

Hi,

you can do this by disabling active desktop.
Click with the richt mous button on your wallpaper and
then select properties.
On the tab Web clear the 'Show Web Content on my Active
Desktop' button and then click apply
