Two Remote Desktop Questions

First question is the ctrl+alt+del sequence on the remote machine. Some machine will not let me get past that, when I hit ctrl+alt+del it is performed on my machine vice the remote box. How can we fix that?
Second question, on the machine that I can get on, we want it to function as remote assistance, in that the user can watch what I am doing and not get logged off and the machine locked by me logging on.

Thanks in advance

For the first
CTRL + ALT + End = ctrl + alt + del on remote machine.

Second.
Not exactly sure, but I think they may have to send the remote assistance
request.

Good Luck,

You can't truly do the second task without easier using Remote
Assistance, or set up Remote Desktop w/ shadowing (and either have a
spare WinXP workstation or a Win2K3 server).

See

for information on what it takes to shadow a connection.
