I have two problems that are driving me crazy. First, I
am unable to view any page with Flash. I have posted
before and tried the remedy (deleting old Macromedia
folder and reinstalling Flash) but Flash will not
download. It begins, but I never get the movie.
Second, I can not access other pages to download things.
I just tried to download the Exporer service pack, hoping
it would overwrite any corrupt files I may have. When I
clicked on the download button, I went to a page that
read "HTTP 403 Forbidden - You are not authorized to view
this page".
I have received similar messages when I tried to download
other things. What can I do? I tried to reinstall
Explorer, but since I have the latest version, I am not
able to.
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
