Help-problem getting worse

I am running Win XP with IE6. I am unable to access
certain webpages (I believe those with flash) and can not
download files with flash. When I tried to download
flash, nothing happened. In addition, my computer will
not allow me access on certain download pages. When I
try to go there, I get an 'HTTP 403 (forbidden) error or
a message that reads 'This object has been blocked'. My
other computer on the same router has none of these
problems.

I am using McAfee and Zone Alarm Pro, and have disabled
both with no luck. I have also tried reducing all
security settings, again without any improvements.

I tried reinstalling Exporer, but was unable to since I
already have a current version.

Any suggestions? Would reinstalling Win XP help? Thanks
for any help you can give me.
