Two Outlook shortcuts on Quick Launch bar

Hi,

I'm using Office 2003 and Windows XP SP 2. Whenever I log in to
Windows I have two shortcuts to Outlook on my Quick Launch bar. If I
delete one it just comes back the next time I log in. I've tried
deleting it from the Quick Launch bar and from the folder C:\Documents
and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch too but to no avail. Can anyone help please?

Thanks.

Are you in a home or corporate environment?
What if you delete both shortcuts?

It could be that one is created by a policy/script. Restart your computer
and see if they are being recreated. If not; create a new one yourself and
see if it doesn't duplicate anymore.

As I said, if I delete both they both go and don't come back. If I
delete one, one comes back. If I delete both then create a new one,
the next time I log on another one appears so I'm stuck with two again.
