Create task creation shortcut in Quick Launch

I find having a task creation button on the Quick Launch toolbar very handy
without having to go into Outlook to create a new task. I have this set up on
my home PC (XP and Office 2002) along with shortcuts for appointment and
e-mail creation.
However, I cannot do the same with my work computer (Windows XP Professional
and Office 2003). Has this got something to do with the shortcut toolbar not
being available in Office 2003?
Any other suggestions about how I can get the shortcuts on my Quick Launch?

Thanks

Create a new shortcut to outlook.exe with the following startup switch;
"path to outlook.exe" /c ipm.task

Thanks for that. Worked a treat once I googled to find out how to create a
switch on a shortcut! But that is all good since it has opened up my eyes to
other potential uses for switches.
