Two mice with individual settings?

I installed a second mouse to ease pain on my dominant hand.
Is there a way to set different mouse speed and buttons config on each
mouse?
Right now there is just one mouse control panel that affects both mice.

I dought it,actually what youre trying to do fits into microsoft "Split
Screen"
technology,2 users,2 mice,run off 1 pc & 1 monitor..The technology is
limited availability at this stage...
