Two icons in Quick Launch

Have installed and uninstalled Office 2003, but whenever
I try to place an Outlook shortcut in the Quick Launch, a
second Outlook shortcut shows up there as well. If I
delete one, it just comes back in a short amount of time.

Anyone seen this?
 
Delete the other one? Quick Launch icons are stored here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch
