Not sure what you mean.
Do you mean, you don't like the fact that messages from both accounts
are delivered to a common Inbox? If so, you can filter the incoming
messages into separate folders by using message rules.
Even easier, upgrade to WLM because it uses separate folders for
different accounts without you having to do anything: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
