Two Copies of Windows Installed

I have two copies of windows 2000 installed somehow and I
was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of one of the
copies. When I turn on my computer it asks me to pick one
of two versions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Rename one of the two folders, then delete it one
week later if all is well.
