Two Broadband Internet connections on one PC

L

Luis

I have two broadband connections on my PC and I would
like to manually select the one connection I want to
connect through. One connection is provided by my ISP and
the other by a Local area Network. Both are connected to
ethernet adapters. I have tried the network setup wizard,
it gives me the chance to select my internet connection
but it alters my configuration for other devices( bridged
connections)

Just open Network and Dial-Up connections. Right click and disable the
connection that you don't want to use. When you want to switch, disable the
other and right click to enable the one you want to use. Never use the
wizard in XP, it'll mess up ALL your network settings. It's best to do all
configurations manually.
