TweakUI Won't Uninstall

In my XP Pro system TweakUi has stopped functioning. I would like to re
install it I cannot un-install it from Control Panel.

How can I fix this?

If it was installed using a .msi file (sometimes wrapped inside an .exe)
you can remove it using msicuu2.exe
 
First, try :
Start > Run
Type "tweakui" (without quotes) > Click ok
If it opens, then reinstall your control panel shortcut the same way you made it.
If it doesn't open then Reinstall it (Without uninstalling). This will
automatically fix the Control Panel Shortcut.

Thanks for the advice whcih worked and I was able to reinstall the latest
version of T_UI
