Tweakui installation error

When trying to install Tweakuixp on Xp home edition I get
the following error:

I've installed this Ok another 3 other computers

"procedure entry point get dll directory w could not be
located in library kernel32.dll"

Can anyone help please

I'll have a look at sytem restore but nothing has changed recently

Yes, TweakUi needs SP1 to install.
