Tweak xp pro icons

Can someone provide the URL for the tweak windows xp pro
icons ??? I have on my desktop icons with a small arrow
on them , How do you remove the arrows and just have it
showing the icon itself ???

Download and install TweakUI:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI. After TweakUI opens, expand Explorer and click on Shortcut
to make your desired selection.
