Tweak UI Download

When I try to download Tweak UI from Microsoft.com and open the file, it says
it is not a valid Win32 application. What should I do?

Just for grins, try the complete PowerToys for XP, of which TweakUI is a part.

Is it from this website?
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

It might be possible that you downloaded the one from the NT website or it
is missing a dll or corrupt download, try downloading again tell me what
happens.

Try again. This happens if a download gets corrupted. And it has two
versions; if you have installed XP SP1 or SP2

If you have not installed SP1, the earlier version can be found at
