I have an all-in-wonder PCI and an AGP Nvidia...i want to watch TV on my
computer but don't want to use ATI Multimedia Center. Does Windows XP have
any built-in software to watch TV using the all-in-wonder?

I did forget to add..
No. Windows XP (Home and Pro editions) has NOTHING built in to allow you to
watch TV - no matter the card.

However, you can find many third-party applications that will allow you to
do that and much more from the web page I gave you earlier.
