MCE - No Tuner Installed Error

I've been running Windows XP MCE 2005 SP2 for a couple of years and all of a
sudden I'm getting a "NO TUNER INSTALLED" error.
My system uses the tuner with ATI All-In-Wonder 2006 PCI-E graphics card and
video drivers from NVIDIA.
Why can I no longer watch live (and recorded) TV?

Try downloading the latest drivers for the ati card,the old might have
been corupted from age or lack of use,or maybe even youre user account
is becoming corrupted.Try creating a new user account & see if all gets
cleared
up,if so,delete the old...
