TV-out doesn't work after SP1 installation

I use nvdivia 4.4.0.3 driver, card geforce 2 MX/MX400 and
since I install XP SP1 the TV-out feature does not work.
I get only the desktop background picture on my TV.
Any ideas ?
 
also go into the display proterties in your control panel
goto "settings" click advanced and look for displays, make
sure u have your TV-Out configured to be an active display
