No colours on TV-out

I just installed following graphics card to my PC:

GEFORCE FX 5200 128 MB DDR DVI & TV Out
Model No.: PVT34KNA

I just have a problem that there is no colours on the TV
screen. What might be wrong?

I have installed latest driver - 56.64_winxp2k_english.exe
System: WIN XP home (clear & new installation to a new HD)

There is a good picture but no colour on TV-screen. Only
when starting up there is a WIN -startup screen with good
colours but then statrt-up continues and all colours
dissappear. (PC-monitor function is just perfect!)

Can you help me?

Are you in a country that used PAL TV system? If so, most TVs should be
able to accept an NTSC signal when imput via SCART or S-Video, however they
cannot cope when the signal is imput by composite cable and the result is a
black and white image.
