Every time that I turn my computer ON or restarted it a small window (3X5
inches) appears in the desktop. There are no words only A RED CIRCLE WITH AN
X and only one option with OK to push. If I click on the OK option the little
window disappears and nothing else seams to happen, the computer works
normally. If I don't click on the OK the windows stay there for the whole
session! I have no clue on what it is or what is related to!!! I am afraid
that there is something (virus or whatever) running on the background. I have
anti-virus and firewall (Norton) running. When is time to turn off the
computer I have to press 3 or 4 times the "turn off" option before it turns
off...What can I do???? I run antispyware but nothing comes up...

You need to remove the virus and/or spyware. If your anti-virus/spyware
software is configured correctly and is up to date and it does not remove
the infection, you'll have to use as many online scanners it takes to at
least identify what it is on your computer.

If you think it's spyware, run hijackthis and post results. You can
view whats running with taskmanager\processes.
Have a feeling that a program did not remove properly and is still in
the startup portion of your registry.Try start\run msconfig See what's
there.Use selective startup to disable startup programs and enable one
at a time.
