Trying to Turn Off

What now ?? When I click on Start/Turn off and the second Turn Off
button comes up it states "Click Turn Off to install important updates
.. . . . .etc" It then appears to update 1 of 1, but the next time I
try to shut down it's back again. Is this some kind of worm or virus
??
How do I fix it. Thanks, TLees
 
Hmm,

I am getting this with the MSXML 4.0 SP2 update.
Check to see if that's which update.

E.g. - try a manual Windows update...
