The company I work for just upgraded Microsoft Office from 2000 to 2003. In
MS Word 2000 it used to be possible to completely turn off track changes, for
the entire MS Word application (no matter what document was opened) but many
users would like to know where this feature is in Word 2003. We have
downloaded the Track Changes removal tool, from Microsoft, but this is a
tedious process that is document specific and not application specific. The
end users have also said that even after accepting all of the tracked
changes they are still showing up when they are printed on opened by other
people. Is it possible to completely turn off Track Changes in MS Word 2003?
If all tracked changes are accepted, the track changes is turned off, and the
document is saved shouldn't the changes never show up again for this document?
