turning off printer notification

In XP, how do you turn off (permanently) the message balloon that appears
telling you that a print job has been sent to "whatever" printer?

Unless the printer software has a way to edit that,microsoft does but as
it says "No way to turn off balloon tips for specific programs".The
workaround
is kb307729
