Turning off Microsoft Explorer Help boxes

I keep getting these microsoft help boxes that pop up on every thing i go on.
They want to help me on everything form solitare to photoshop. There must be
a way to turn them off. They aren't trying to sell anything their just trying
to help me, the only help i need is turning them off. Thanks

Thanks Nate but it didn't do anything. Any program that i'm running, while
i'm using it i get these microsoft internet explorer help boxes.
