Turning off auto-login

How do I turn off the auto-login feature (the windows logs into my account automatically when the computer starts-up)? Also, Roxio Easy CD Creator (came with computer) starts everytime I log in, how do I shut this off?
 
Disable auto log on

1. Go to Start->Run
2. Type control userpasswords2
3. Check Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer

Go to the Roxio Easy CD program that is in your system tray/notification area
and you may find the settings to remove it from the auto start, most programs
have this listed in the properties section.
Also check under Start, All Programs, Start up
If it's there remove it.
