Turn Off Problem

Nathan

Recently when closing down the computer the "ENDING
PROGRAM...PLEASE WAIT" message appears. The heading
is "ENd Program - Notification Wnd for RNAdmin". I have
to click " End Now" to be able to switch the computer
off. This is annoying, does anyone know how to stop this
happening each time? I use Windows XP home. Many thanks.

Uninstall RealPlayer or RealNetworks to see if that eliminates the error.
The RNAdmin is a Real Network's Admin. program. I am not sure what it does
as I do not use RealPlayer or anything from Real.com.

You can try typing msconfig in your run menu, and then go
to the Startup tab and uncheck the RNAdmin from the box.
Additonally,RNAdmin is for realplayer, not needed in
startup. and dlls are dynamic link library.

You must have the Real Player in MSCONFIG, uncheck that
item, reboot, say yes to message upon reboot, see if that
helps.
