Sign Off Problems

I have Windows XP and when I try to shut down I get a
message box saying:End Program Notification Wnd for
RNAdmin. When I click end now, I get another message box
saying: DDCMan.exe. This happens each time I attempt to
sign off. Hope someone out there can
help! Thank You Very Much
