System32 Folder and RNAdmin Notice

N

Nick Pitt

First Problem...
The System32 Folder seems to open when I access my user
account on XP Professional... I've checked start up -
Nothing there... It doesn't seem to happen to any of the
other user accounts we have set up...

Second problem...
There seems to be something running that is not shutting
down automatically... We get the following message:
Notification Wnd for RNAdmin... We have to end program
for the computer to shut down...

Appreciate any insight - Thanks/

This is a known issue for owners of an SB Audigy 2 sound card. Re-enable
the item in MSConfig.

Then see www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm, Line 260, Left column for a
small utility that will correct this for you. The problem is caused by a
leading space before the /L:ENG. This causes the problem, the script
corrects it.

The second issue has to do with Real Player. Remove the run key from here:
HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
