turn off junk e-mail folder

I just started to work in a new company. I turned on junk e-mail folder as
usual. it works fine to me.

Then my company administrator told me the company forbid using junk folder.
I tried all I can, but junk email folder still there

Please let me know how can I delete that folder, totally turn off the function

For which version Of Outlook? Turning off the Junk Email Filter in Outlook
2003 and 2007 can be done in Tools-> Options...
The folder can't be deleted though.
