turn off computer

My computer does not shutt off automatically
what shall I do?

In Control Panel, double-click Power Options.
On the APM tab, click Enable Advanced Power Management Support

It should now power off automatically when shutdown command is issued.

Get some exercise. ie lift your arm up and push the button. ?????
