Turn off automatic shared printer intalation

I work with a Peer to Peer network with many different shared printers. Most
of the computers have XP pro. Is there any way I can turn the automatic
instalation of the Shared printers on the network?

Go to "folder options" in the extras menu of windows
explorer. The "view" tab has an option somewhere saying
"Automatically look for network drives and printers". I
cannot guarantee the texts being exactly the same as I am
using german windows :)
