turn off auto-fill

my computer writes words and sentences on its own in fill-
in forms in Internet explorer and in Word, Powerpoint and
Explorer.
How do I turn this off?

Clear Auto-complete entries.
Open IE > Tools > Internet Options > Content > Clear forms > clear passwords
Disable the auto-complete option as well (uncheck the boxes)
