Tunnel through a proxy server

My only connection outbound from the RDP client is via a
proxy server; how can I 'tunnel' or 'encapsulate' RDP
traffic to run via HTTP on port 80?

Possible?

Consider a solution like HTTPTunnel for situations like this... You
can configure RDP to listen on port 80, but the data would still run
through the proxy, which may or may not allow it to passthrough
unedited.
